We believe that fixed return instruments secured by real property are an excellent investment alternative combining safety and predictability with the larger returns usually associated with equity style investments. However, all investments pose some risk and we expect our investors to consider each opportunity we present accordingly.
We do not pressure our investors. We perform discovery and provide analysis, but not to otherwise influence the investor's decision-making process.

Real Estate Note Investors
If you are looking for higher rates of return than other fixed rate investments, or want less volatility than stock investments, then you should be investing with us! Typical returns are 11%-16% annually. Trust Deed investing requires a minimum investment of $50,000. You can also invest your IRA funds using a Self Directed IRA.
Qualifications: We sell real estate notes and trust deed investments to qualified investors who are CA residents, who have a net worth of over $500,000, and who have experience in real estate and/or buying real estate notes and trust deeds.
